The Wines of Pierre and Michel Anex

Description

Ideally located in Ollon, the Pierre and Michel Anex wine cellar is housed in a converted farmhouse full of charm. The cellar and its reception areas offer a magnificent view of the pretty village of Ollon, the vineyards and the Alps.

For Michel Anex, the terroir is a value that defines his character as well as his working methods. This family business vinifies its wines on the estate and cultivates its vines with respect for the environment. Two grape varieties are grown without treatment. For a discovery of these methods close to nature, the winegrower and his partner welcome you themselves and guide you in a walk with tasting, from the vineyards to the cellar, passing by a small authentic carnotzet. These small huts were historically used as water storage and resting places for the winegrowers, more and more of whom are transforming them into very typical reception areas. At the Domaine des Vins de Pierre et Michel Anex, the carnotzet is used for tasting white wines, including the emblematic Chasselas, during the walk. A room and its terrace regularly host events organised at the cellar and are available for private parties or company events. The Anex family offers cold catering and meals from local caterers are also available.
