You progress on ladders fixed to a rock wall, pass over footbridges and sometimes take a zip line. However, this all-action activity requires you to overcome the void under your feet: an excellent way to get to know yourself better and control your emotions.
The Vaud Alps’ via ferrata routes exist in various levels of difficulty. You can go alone or accompanied by a guide. However, it is an outdoor sport for which it is strongly recommended to find out about the conditions of the route before starting (technical/difficulty level, weather conditions, suitable equipment).
