Dillet vineyard

Description

In Yvorne, one of the best-known vineyards in the canton of Vaud, Domaine Dillet welcomes its visitors in a wine library, in the carnotzet or on the terrace facing the summit of the Dents-du-Midi. Several options are available for tasting the ten wines of the estate.

For six generations, the Minod family has been cultivating the vines of Domaine Dillet, in Yvorne, in the Chablais AOC wine region of the Canton of Vaud. The wines are matured in the pure ancestral tradition by combining modern technologies to produce elegant wines while respecting the terroir and the authenticity of the products. Since then, the range of grape varieties has been diversified and today the Domaine offers 10 different wines. If you are a wine tourism enthusiast, you are welcome on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, as well as on Saturday mornings or by appointment on request. There are two packages to choose from for tasting two or eight wines. Flutes are available free of charge to complement the aperitif. You can also visit the cellar. On request, Eric and Sylvia Minod organise events combining discovery of the premises, wine making and local products. The magnificent vinotheque can accommodate up to 25 people, and the typical carnotzet can accommodate groups of up to 10 people.

Practical Information

- Outdoor terrace - Carnotzet - Parking adjacent to the cellar for 10 cars - Wheelchair accessible
