Gym Tonic session
Description
A class that mixes gym and tonic !
The Leysin sports centres offer a group warm-up, 1 x 20 minutes of spinning, 1 x 20 minutes of abs, 1 x 20 minutes of buttocks! The programme is all about sport and good humour. To close the course, an aperitif is offered to all participants! Takes place on the football pitch or in the sports hall in case of bad weather.
