You can visit the farm and watch the making of the L'Etivaz AOP cheese in the copper cauldron over a wood fire. You can also taste the fresh milk from the morning milking. The cows are right next to you, in the meadows around the mountain pasture. A "timeless" moment to be experienced alone, or with family or friends in the Pays-d'Enhaut.
