Aigle, City of Taste 2025

This title celebrates a region where gastronomy, the terroir and traditional skills play a central role. Nestling at the foot of the Vaud Alps, between the vineyards of the Chablais region and heritage orchards, Aigle embodies an authentic, local and generous taste culture.
