Located in a commune known far and wide for its saltworks, the vineyards of Bex cover 110 hectares. The winegrowers offer Bex, Chablais AOC wine. Of all the Chablais appellations, Bex is the one that benefits most from the foehn wind. This specificity is extremely well suited to the reds, which account for more than 60% of the vineyard. At the end of the ripening process, this warm wind makes it possible to obtain very interesting concentrations of aromas and structures in their wines. The particularity of the vineyards are their gypsum soils and their microclimates.
