Fondue and snowshoes at the Refuge de Solalex
Description
The Solalex mountain pasture, in the heart of a majestic and silent valley, is crossed by a path that provides timeless moments in an intact nature. At night, the Refuge, the only source of light for miles around, accompanies the last few metres of your walk. Once there, a mountain atmosphere will allow you to taste a typical local cuisine, in a unique and authentic setting!Â
This walk is easy and lasts about 2h30 round trip. For the evening service, you can reserve a snowmobile for your return to the Cergnement car park at the end of the meal. You can also return by snowshoe.
Please note that the return journey is exclusively by snowshoe for the lunch service.Â
Offer available every lunchtime and evening, except on Saturday evenings.
You can also take advantage of this offer to reserve your snowshoes and pick them up before leaving for your excursion.

Conditions
Upon arrival at the Refuge de Solalex, it is possible to inform the staff that you wish to return to the Cergnement parking lot by snowmobile. Not included in the price : CHF 6.00 (only in the evening)
Paid parking in Cergnement is available.
We also ask you to respect the chosen arrival time. (Taking into account that it takes between 40 min and 1 hour from the parking of Cergnement)
If the reservation is cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For evening bookings at Solalex, please collect your snowshoes from the Villars Ski School before 6.30pm. Please note that the shop will be closed after this time. Please return your snowshoes to the shop by 11am the next day at the latest.
Timetable
The selected time corresponds to your arrival at the hut. Therefore, please take into account the time you need to get to the hut with snowshoes.
12:00 Arrival between 12:00 and 12:30 (table must be vacated by 13:30)
13:00 Arrival between 13:30 and 14:00Â
18:00 Arrival between 18:00 and 19:00 (table must be vacated by 20:30)
20:30 Arrival between 20:30 and 21:00 (until 23:30)
