A family affair

Since 1953, Boucherie Reichenbach in Aigle has been carrying on a family tradition passed down from generation to generation. Today, brothers Claude-Alain and Julien Reichenbach represent the third generation and bring their complementary skills to the business.
Having gained experience in the catering and hospitality sectors, both in Switzerland and abroad, they joined the family business, driven by a desire to keep the traditions of the Chablais region alive and to offer high-quality products and services.

Artisanal Expertise

For over 70 years, Boucherie Reichenbach has been working in keeping with the traditions of butchery and charcuterie production. Many products are made on-site using traditional methods, including Vaud sausage, ‘boutefas GP’, Vaud-style roast sausage and pâté en croûte.
Combining local produce, tradition and creativity, the company also offers catering services and bespoke event organisation.
