The route is just under 1.5km long and takes you through the forest on forest paths. This type of surface makes running less impactful for the body.
The course consists of 15 stations and 43 exercises for strength, endurance, mobility and balance.
You can also use this trail for a walk with your children while enjoying nature as a playground. The forest is full of hiding places for a game of hide-and-seek and, with a little luck and patience, you can observe birds and small animals.
The picnic area near the Adventure Park is ideal for a snack or a break.
