Whether you start your day in Gryon, Villars or Les Diablerets, you’ll always find a gateway to the slopes of Villars–Gryon–Les Diablerets! The three villages, nestled on either side of the same massif, are all connected to the ski area. This means over 100 km of runs, between 1,200 and 2,100 metres above sea level, ready to offer you sun-drenched descents suitable for all levels!
Whether you prefer to set off from Gryon, Villars or Les Diablerets, you can do so from Aigle! TPC trains take you safely to the resorts along routes offering striking views over the plain and snow-covered peaks. The BVB rack railway even allows you to arrive right in the heart of the ski area, on the Bretaye plateau, via Bex and Villars.
What’s more, most local shuttle services are included with your ski pass! Public transport saves you the hassle of parking at the resort, ensuring a comfortable journey from the valley right to the cable car stations — whatever your destination.
The slopes of the TVGD area offer a wide range of difficulty levels, catering to all abilities: each resort features a beginner area close to the cable car arrivals, safe zones for children, gentle runs for warming up, and more technical routes for experienced skiers. Not to mention the snowparks, set in spectacular alpine scenery.
To top it all off, there’s no need to cross from one side of the mountain to the other to find what suits you: whether you stay on the Villars–Gryon side or the Les Diablerets side, everything is within ski reach.

And if you do wish to move between the two sides of the mountain, a chairlift crossing the winter landscape makes it easy to travel from Les Diablerets to Villars, effortlessly. As soon as you arrive, you can set off again to charge down the slopes.
This connection also allows you to enjoy the iconic runs across the entire area — from the Grand Chamossaire with its panoramic views, to the Willy Favre Olympic Run and its technical layout, which has hosted several competitions (including the 2020 Youth Olympic Games). You can even ski all the way back to the base of the cable car that took you up in the first place.
Imagine starting in Les Diablerets, heading to Gryon and the Chaux alpine pasture for lunch, then climbing back up to the summit of the Grand Chamossaire. Pause there to admire the spectacular panorama before a final descent and a return to your starting point — no change of plans needed, it’s possible even in a single day!

The area also stands out thanks to its wide selection of mountain restaurants and refreshment huts. Are you more into a sunny terrace in Villars, a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere in Gryon, or an authentic and friendly vibe in Les Diablerets? Wherever your skis take you, you’ll always find a place with a warm welcome and infinitely tasty dishes.
Local products take pride of place in traditional or more exotic recipes, depending on your tastes — all you have to do is take off your skis at the door. Everything is available right within the ski area, allowing you to never leave the slopes and enjoy your day right up to the final run.

From Bretaye via the BVB, or at the base of the cable cars in the resorts, public transport is close at hand, making your return easy whether your destination is just around the corner in the village or further down in the valley. Whether you’re heading for a moment of relaxation or a festive apres-ski, it’s the perfect opportunity to catch your breath after an action-packed day and enjoy the scenery as it becomes bathed in the colours and light of the evening.
