Are you looking for the perfect place for a stress-free ski day, full of pleasant surprises and easily accessible by public transport? The Leysin – Les Mosses – La Lécherette trio is a safe choice for enjoying a smooth, simple and infinitely enjoyable experience, surrounded by fabulous winter scenery.
Everything begins in Aigle, where you calmly board the TPC Aigle–Leysin train. No need to worry about parking or traffic: the railway climbs directly from the valley floor up to the resort, winding its way between forests and cliffs. Once in Leysin, the free shuttle bus waits right outside the station to drop you as close as possible to the slopes. It’s smooth, practical and truly comfortable.
A short stop at Hefti Sport to pick up your equipment: the team is welcoming, efficient and professional. In just a few minutes, you’ll be ready to head out and explore the ski areas.
You then board the Berneuse cable car. During the ascent, the view gradually opens onto pristine alpine panoramas, and the desire to carve your first turns slowly builds, along with the excitement of watching the landscape glide infinitely by beneath your skis.
To begin with, the descents head towards Les Fers, an ideal area to warm up. The atmosphere is relaxed, the slopes wide, and the snow invites you to link turns: a perfect playground for all snow-sport enthusiasts and for a gentle start to the day.
Towards the end of the morning, no one will turn down a well-deserved break at the Les Fers refreshment hut. The friendly terrace, welcoming service and tasty local products provide the perfect opportunity to recharge before heading off in search of new challenges.

You can then continue your descent to reach the connection point between the Choulet slope and the Parchets slope. From there, a free bus takes you in just a few minutes to the Les Mosses area — ideal for a gentle change of scenery, with no hassle.
The shift in landscape is immediate: in Les Mosses, the charm lies in the drag lifts, the more traditional feel and the family-friendly atmosphere of the area. The peaceful slopes invite you to slow down, allowing you to ease the pace of consecutive runs and to marvel at the unfolding mountain panorama.
Lunchtime is approaching: the perfect moment to stop at the Pra Cornet refreshment hut. The welcome is warm, the mountain dishes delicious, and the break revitalising before heading into the afternoon.

After lunch, the sunny sector of La Lécherette offers access to long, gently stretching slopes, allowing everyone to ski at their own pace — in complete tranquillity, enjoying the calm surroundings and the open landscape.
At the end of the afternoon, the connecting bus takes you back to Leysin — just in time to enjoy a final descent on the area, bathed in that beautiful soft light that signals the end of the day.

Once your skis are returned at Hefti Sport, the day continues at Bel Air, a perfect spot for a moment of relaxation. You can enjoy a craft beer from the Brasserie des Vagabonds, brewed locally. The atmosphere is laid-back, ideal for ending your sporting day with a light and relaxed mind.
For those heading back down, the shuttle bus takes you to Feydey station, where the train winds peacefully back to Aigle, through scenery that never ceases to amaze. Time to reflect on a day that was easy to organise and enjoy, rich in discoveries and filled with unforgettable atmospheres.
