Ideally located in the heart of the Villars-Gryon-Les Diablerets ski area, Chez Gipsy warmly welcomes you with a friendly atmosphere and delicious local cuisine.
At Chez Gipsy, you can enjoy regional dishes while admiring the breathtaking panorama from the large south-southwest facing terrace.
In summer, Chez Gipsy is accessible by cable car from La Barboleuse, or by road. Numerous hiking and mountain biking tours pass close by, and the restaurant is located on the Diablerets mountain tour.
In winter, the hotel is accessible by cable car from La Barboleuse. You can choose between two alternatives: self-service or table service.
Chez Gipsy is also available to organise private events such as banquets, family meals or seminars.
