The vineyards surrounding the estate are carefully cultivated by Éric Minod, an independent winemaker who believes that quality always comes before quantity.

Join the winemaker for a guided tour of the cellar and discover the different stages of the winemaking process. From vine to glass, learn more about the work of the winemaker, the vinification methods and the philosophy behind the estate's wines.

The experience continues with a guided tasting of four Domaine Dillet wines. Sample a selection including Chasselas, Pinot Noir, a rosé and other signature wines, including one of the estate's particularly fruity specialities.
