In a suburban motel, the great figures of antiquity have been relegated to the fringes of society. Aphrodite runs a prostitution ring there, where Penelope works, eternally waiting for a lorry driver named Ulysses.

When Medea arrives, pregnant and furious at having been abandoned by Jason following a meeting arranged via an app created by Cupid, the fates of these mythological women intersect in a closed-door setting that is as provocative as it is rebellious.

With biting irony, this play brings together iconic female figures to deconstruct the narratives that have confined them and to cast a sharp eye on the stories that have shaped their destinies.
