Workshop and tasting at the QAP in Aigle
Take part in a culinary workshop based on products from our local agriculture, and be surprised by some original combinations of flavours.
On the menu:
Lentil hummus from Aigle and old-fashioned cereal salad from the Chablais (Martin Bio), spiced up with island spices and accompanied by seasonal vegetables.
This event is an opportunity to discover or rediscover the cereals of yesteryear through creative recipes, in a convivial and gourmet atmosphere.
In collaboration with the Commune of Aigle.
