Need to practice or get back into the sport? This circuit located on the banks of the Sarine is the perfect training ground for you!

The starting point of the Vita course is in the small forest clearing of Le Berceau. Tie your shoelaces, take a good sip of water and set off to discover the course's obstacles. Between jumps, pull-ups, balance, stretching, stop at the different posts to compose your own programme according to your mood and your desires. A panel at the beginning of the course also allows you to know the time needed for each exercise according to your endurance. There are a total of 15 posts on the course. You can classify them by type of training using the following colours: - Blue: endurance - Yellow: mobility and agility - Red: strength

Practical Information

PRACTICAL INFORMATION - accessible 24 hours a day ACCESS - by car: possibility to leave the car above the forest on the cantonal road - by train : via the MOB line from Montreux or Zweisimmen (stop "Château-d'Œx station"). Allow ~15 minutes to reach the course. - by bus : via the TPC line from Aigle (stop "Château-d'Œx Le Petit-Pré"). Count ~10 minutes of walking to the course.
