Description

The Domaine Les Portes Rouges was created at the beginning of the 20th century.

The house was built in 1930 by Charles Ansermoz and René Isoz, enlarged in 1963-64, 1975 and 1985, and restored between 1995 and 1996. The vines are traditionally cultivated in gobelet with 3 horns for the Chasselas and in guyot simple for the other white and red grape varieties. The wine is made in oak barrels of various capacities from 225 litres to 6,000 litres. Number of hectares: 3.8 Specialities: Chasselas, Pinot gris, Gewurztraminer, Mondeuse, Pinot noir, Gamaret and various red grape varieties
