Cave du Prieuré

La Cave du Prieuré cultivates a terroir with rich and varied flavours. Chasselas, the region's flagship grape variety, accounts for 45% of the vineyards, while Pinot Noir and Gamay represent 35% of the vineyard area. Other grape varieties, such as Gamaret, Garanoir and Diolinoir, complement this diversity and enrich the aromatic palette of the wines produced.

In order to diversify and increase its production, the winery also purchases the produce of approximately one additional hectare in the commune of Aigle, thus consolidating its offering and guaranteeing wines that are faithful to the local terroir.
