Horizonte Coffee Roasters

Born out of a passion for cycling and coffee, Horizonte Coffee Roasters lovingly roasts its beans in the heart of Leysin, in the Alpes Vaudoises. Its founder, Christophe Sauser, a keen cyclist, discovered the fascinating world of coffee during a race in Colombia. It was there, tasting the rich and authentic flavours of local coffees, that his true passion for this beverage was born.

Today, Christophe roasts each batch of coffee himself with care and precision. The beans are selected directly from farmers around the world, chosen for their exceptional quality and their commitment to sustainable and respectful cultivation.

This artisanal approach has resulted in a range of flavourful and balanced coffees that reflect the diversity of the terroirs and the passion of their roaster. You can enjoy these creations at the Horizonte Café in Leysin, or take them home to prolong the experience and savour a coffee full of character, born from the combination of travel, passion and expertise.
