In a relaxed and friendly setting, the refreshment bar welcomes you during your skiing days in the Villars-Gryon-Diablerets area. The Diablerets Express cable car arrival point is very close by, and the toboggan run starts right next to the restaurant.

Inside, you can enjoy a meal or a picnic in the unique atmosphere of an authentic log cabin. Outside, a netted area allows you to sit on the terrace, on the snow and in the sun, and enjoy the view over the valley. On one side, the village and the Chaussy mountain range; on the other, the majestic Diablerets massif, with Le Culan in the foreground.

Le Barbu offers traditional, tasty cuisine that will give you the energy you need to continue your day of sport: hot fondue, pasta gratin, homemade pumpkin soup... You'll also find plenty to quench your thirst, with a wide selection of mineral waters, beers and local drinks.
