The Sisters' Restaurant

Sisters is above all a family project, born out of a desire to share a common passion for good food and the pleasure of gathering around a table. Convinced that these moments of conviviality deserved to be passed on, the founders decided to leave their respective jobs to throw themselves fully into this adventure.

The goal is simple: to offer you high-quality products that are both simple and delicious, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Chef Moreno D'Ostilio, who has been passionate about cooking since childhood and was awarded a Gault & Millau star during his previous experience in Val d'Illiez, prepares each dish with care and creativity, combining flavour and aesthetics.

The restaurant's furniture and décor have been chosen to combine comfort and elegance, creating a pleasant setting in which to savour every moment.

The menu, featuring refined cuisine, pizzas, platters and cocktails, will be available from 31st August 2021. Theme nights and concerts with live bands will also punctuate your visits, providing moments of relaxation and entertainment.
