This culinary journey begins directly at your hotel, where you join the charming cogwheel train accompanied by your mountain guide. The ascent to Col de Bretaye (1,808 m) already offers a first immersion into breathtaking alpine landscapes.

Upon arrival, the Bretaye 1808 restaurant welcomes you in a peaceful atmosphere facing the surrounding peaks. A tasting of local white wine opens this gastronomic experience, set in the calm of the morning and the purity of alpine light.

The journey continues to the Golf restaurant, where you enjoy a mountain lunch, surrounded by open alpine meadows and panoramic views.

The route then leads to the Col de Soud Inn, a gourmet stop where a homemade dessert brings a gentle and authentic touch to your progression.

The experience continues with a guided forest walk, following the rhythm of nature, all the way to the Cabane du Scex. In this intimate panoramic setting, an aperitif featuring local delicacies is served, offering a privileged moment of sharing overlooking the mountains.
The return to your hotel is a gentle descent, on foot (possibility to do certain sections by train depending on the group’s preferences), carried by the warm atmosphere of the end of the day.
