Step inside D&G Charlet-Ançay and let yourself be carried away by the captivating aromas of artisan chocolate. The Charlet-Ançay bakery has 35 years of experience and expertise, combined with passion and dedication. Charlet-Ançay has been named Best Patisserie in the Pre-Alps by Gault et Millau.
In this 75-minute sensory workshop on wine and chocolate, immerse yourself in a unique experience that combines discovery and sensory pleasure! In the first part of the workshop, you will learn the techniques and secrets that will give you a better understanding of the chocolate-making process, as well as the origin of the products and explanations about chocolate tempering.
After the theory, it's time for practice! You will have the chance to taste different wines from the region with the chocolatier's Grands Cru chocolates. Your palate will also be captivated by the most beautiful creations from D&G Charlet-Ançay: an irresistible experience not to be missed.
At the end of the activity, each participant will receive an apron and a box of chocolates!
