Description
Are you a good cook and think your tartars are the best ? Prove it at the 2nd edition of the World Tartar Competition. The chef who makes the best tartare will be rewarded.
Once again this year, come and take part in the second edition of the Tartar World Championship at l'Etivaz.
Program :
- 10am to 11am preparation of the tartars by the participants -> on the 1st floor of the Maison de l'Etivaz
- 11am to 12pm the selected jury tastes and scores the competing tartars -> at the entrance to the cellars
- 12 noon to 4 p.m. Tartar tasting for the public on the 1st floor of the Maison de l'Etivaz in the presence of the chefs
- 4pm prize-giving.
During the event, there will be music, food and a presentation of how the cheese is made, as well as a tour of the Etivaz cellars.
