The Olé Olé Menu at Leysin

From 17 to 27 September 2026, Le Leysin restaurant invites you to discover a special menu created around the theme of Taste Week: milk.

On the menu: local cuisine, prepared using fresh, seasonal produce, to showcase the region’s finest ingredients.

And to add a touch of mystery to your meal, a gourmet surprise will be offered to the person who can guess the mystery ingredient in the dessert!
