Reflexology Workshops at La Murée Campsite
Treat yourself to a relaxing wellness experience in the heart of nature with reflexology workshops led by Brigitte Borloz from Cabinet de soins Corporelle. During this one-hour session, you will discover simple techniques that promote relaxation and help restore the body's natural balance.
Programme:
- Relaxation and well-being session
- Introduction to the 12 Dien Chan morning massage techniques
- Discovery of reflex zones of the hands and face
The workshops take place at La Murée Campsite in Vers-l'Église and are held outdoors when weather conditions permit.
