This day is designed to support every woman in resuming or continuing physical activity, with an emphasis on understanding the female body, strengthening deep muscles, learning progressive and structured training, and preventing injuries. The goal is not performance, but autonomy, confidence, and sustainability in sports.
The morning begins at 10 a.m. with a 30- to 45-minute stability session specifically designed for women.
This is followed by a lecture and discussion, supported by an educational slideshow, allowing participants to make a direct connection with the practice, all accompanied by a homemade smoothie.
The afternoon will focus on two complementary workshops:
