As part of the exhibition ‘To See and Eat: Artists' Perspectives on Swiss Terroir,’ Espace Graffenried is offering chocolate-making workshops, inviting young and old alike to discover this gourmet world in a fun and creative way.
Led by Julie Rahmé, a pastry chef and chocolatier, the workshop on Saturday, 14 February is specially designed for families. It begins with an introduction to the fascinating history of chocolate and the key stages of its production, before moving on to the practical side of things.
Participants are then invited to create their own decorated chocolate bars, which they can take home with them at the end of the workshop. A convivial and gourmet moment, combining discovery, know-how and creativity, echoing the themes of the exhibition.
