As part of the exhibition ‘À voir et à manger. Regards d'artistes sur le terroir suisse’ (To see and to eat. Artists' perspectives on Swiss terroir), organised to mark Aigle's designation as Swiss City of Taste 2025, the Espace Graffenried and the Château d'Aigle are offering chocolate-making workshops.
The workshop on Saturday 22 November, led by Julie Rahmé, chocolatier and pastry chef, is reserved for adults. As places are limited, advance registration is recommended.
