Gourmet Hike – Game Edition

Throughout a route marked by several stops, you will have the opportunity to taste refined game dishes accompanied by regional wines or non-alcoholic alternatives. Each stop will be a new gourmet experience, combining local flavours, conviviality and authenticity.
Each station will offer a different Swiss mineral water for the non-alcoholic option.

• Station 4 – BRETAYE 1808 – Spit-roasted wild boar with seasonal vegetables at Restaurant Bretaye 1808 - Partner winemaker: to be announced shortly
