Discover the Cergnement apiary with its beekeepers

The meeting point is at 1pm at the chalet JUSTE ICI in Cergnement. This will be a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of bees, understand how an apiary works and discover the essential work of beekeepers.

We'll finish the afternoon with a convivial aperitif hosted by the beekeepers!

Details of the activity:
Programme: We'll start with a welcome at the Chalet JUSTE ICI, followed by a tour of the apiary. Dominique Olgiati will then give us some historical background, in particular through the work of his grandfather Édouard Bertrand, a beekeeper and author of a major work at the end of the 19th century, ‘La conduite du rucher’. An aperitif will bring our meeting to a close.
Organisation: The visit will be guided by the apiary's beekeepers. We'll make sure that everyone can see and learn in the best possible conditions.
Welcome: We'll be there to welcome you to the chalet and put you at your ease before heading to the apiary.
Aperitif: After the discovery and educational part, we'll share a relaxed aperitif, perfect for sharing and discussing what we've learned. This aperitif is kindly offered by the beekeepers.
