Trek around the Diablerets massif

The Tour du Massif des Diablerets is a 5-day, 55km loop hike through the cantons of Vaud, Valais and Bern in Switzerland. This trek immerses you in the heart of the limestone Alps, with its varied landscapes including forests, scree slopes, pastures and mountain lakes. Typical stages include the Col de la Croix, Taveyanne, Solalex, Pas de Cheville, Derborence, Col du Sanetsch and Gsteig, before returning to Les Diablerets. The route has a total positive and negative vertical drop of around 3,250 metres, with altitudes varying between 1,160 and 2,553 metres. Classified as fairly difficult, it requires good physical condition and previous experience of mountain walking.
