The Bex & Arts Triennial

The Bex & Arts Contemporary Sculpture Triennial has been running since 1981 and has gained national and international renown. The exhibition, which takes place every three years, has been held since 1987 in Szilassy Park in Bex, a 19th-century English landscape garden.

Particular care is taken to preserve the biodiversity of this site, with certain areas left untouched. The public is guided by appropriate signage to ensure the harmonious coexistence of humans, art and nature. This has been the case for over forty years.

As an artistic window on current events, the Bex & Arts Triennial aims to provide a forum for reflection and work for contemporary artists concerned with societal issues.
