Winter walk Les Mosses - La Comballaz

Description
Hiking trail from Les Mosses to the hamlet of La Comballaz, crossing chalets and snowy fields. Access to the departure of the snowshoe trail n° 10 for Oudiou.
From the tourist office, follow the cantonal road for about 100 metres in the direction of Aigle, then take the small path between the Chaussy restaurant and the self-service dairy. Follow the small road and cross the Raverette river by taking the bridge with a view of the Mosses chapel. The Raverettaz path continues after the bridge for about 500 m. After passing the cemetery, the path finds a small road along and joining the cantonal road, then goes down behind the garage des Ormonts. At the crossroads, you find the bridge that leads to the start of the Oudiou snowshoe trail (n°10). Turn right on a slight rise to reach the hamlet of La Comballaz. Once in La Comballaz, you can return to the Col des Mosses by retracing your steps or by taking the post bus.
