Villars - Les Ecovets - Plambuit
From the Roc d'Orsay cable car, head towards Ecovets along the Route des Pins. All along this walk, enjoy a clear view of the Chablais and its summits. In places, you can even see Lake Geneva. Join the Ecovets where the restaurant of the same name is located. From there, you can return by the same path or continue on the little-used tarmac road to the peaceful hamlet of Plambuit. For the return journey, you can take the small mountain train ASD (Aigle-SĂ©pey-Diablerets). The descent to Aigle is picturesque. From Aigle, the bus takes you back to Villars.
