Description
Flat route to the shores of Lake Geneva, along quiet roads, is ideal for families via Bex, Aigle, Villeneuve, Illarsaz, Bex.
Le Chablais is the ideal terrain for easy cycling away from the main roads. On the way, you cycle along the train line, through Aigle (km 11), to Villeneuve (km 21) where you can have a well-deserved rest and admire the views of Lake Geneva. Then you follow the shaded cycle path through Les Grangettes and along the Rhône back to Bex. The route can be shortened by heading to the banks of the Rhône earlier, in Versvey for example (km 15).
