Route Information
Description
By train from Villars, reach the Nordic ski area via the Golf.
Take the train from Villars towards Bretaye and get off at the Golf stop. After a few hundred metres on foot, you will reach the Nordic ski run which you will share with the hikers. Once you arrive at La Plâne, you are free to continue towards the Col de la Croix, Coufin or to reach Villars via Roches Grises.
Practical Information
VIGNETTES - ACCESS TO THE PISTES The Nordic ski runs are groomed and maintained daily. Access is charged to skiers aged 16 and over. Sticker tickets can be purchased at your local tourist office, sports shop, Villars Sports Centre, the Cergnement refreshment bar, the Café de la Gare in Bex and the Relais Fermier in Les Plans-sur-Bex. Download the "Romandie Ski de Fond" application on your smartphone to buy your ski ticket online, available on Google Play and Apple store. TRACK TIMES - From 8.45am to 5pm - Outside these times, access to the pistes is forbidden as they are being prepared TRANSPORT The train ride to the golf course is not included in the cross-country ski pass. The Liberty Pass includes this service and is available from tourist offices. Dogs are not allowed on the cross-country ski runs.
