Description

A challenging hike from Feydey station to the summit of the Berneuse.

After reaching the Grand Chalet hotel, passing above the Feydey Catholic church, you'll reach the start of the challenging climb that takes you above the Plan-Praz via ferrata to the path of the Temeley alpine dairy and refreshment bar, where you can enjoy a good break before tackling the second part of your ascent. From the Buvette, a winding ascent through the avalanche barriers takes you to the Géteillon area, where magnificent alpine flowers such as yellow gentian and orchids grow. A few more steps from the Géteillon summit and you'll reach the famous Kuklos revolving restaurant at the top of the Berneuse at 2048m, where you can enjoy an excellent meal with the panorama flashing before your eyes. From the Kuklos, take the cable car back down to the village or continue your hike on one of the many trails departing from the Kuklos.
