Description
Chesières - En Curnaux - Chesières
The Curnaux thematic trail starts in the centre of Chesières and forms a 3km loop. From the hillside, you enjoy spectacular views of the Alps and the valley of the Rhone, while your knowledge about landscape, biodiversity and forest is put to the test. After a short downhill walk, a picnic spot with a fountain invites you to take a break and learn more about nutrition. Shortly after the picnic spot, the trail continues to the right. On the way, you can find out more about the soil. After arriving in the lower part of Chesières, you can either take the old Ollon-Villars road directly up to Chesières or pass below Chesières to reach the neighbourhood of Carroz. This route leads to a playground, located five minutes from the centre of Chesières and the trail’s starting point.

Parking: Several free parking spaces (time-limited) along Crêt-de-la-Praire (opposite the Richards Sports store), near the Interhome agency Bus stop: If you travel by bus from Aigle, “hôtel du Soleil” bus stop
