The Dahu, this fantastic animal, will guide you along this walk and give you missions to make children aware of the importance of water and its preservation.
All along the route to the lake of Frience, the children carry out missions to discover the natural environment of the Dahu. Along the way, they learn about the importance of water in this beautiful landscape. Yes, water is crucial for life in the mountains. At the end of this trail, your children will be experts in the field!
Practical Information
THE ROUTE Departure: arrival of the Barboleuse-Les Chaux cable car Distance: 1.4km. Equipment: bring good walking shoes, a cap and a water bottle which will be essential for the missions. ACCESS The gondola to reach the start of this route is open from Saturday 2 July to Sunday 25 September from 9.00 am to 12.45 pm and from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm and from Saturday 15 October to Sunday 30 October from 9.00 am to 12.45 pm and from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm. Mission Dahu was produced in partnership by Summit Foundation and ECHO impulsion, with the support of the Federal Office for the Environment and private foundations.
