As soon as you arrive in the valley of La Manche, immerse yourself in the nature that surrounds you. The route starts from the parking area. Strap on your snowshoes and head out into nature to draw a deep breath. Enjoy the silence in the valley of La Manche as you take in the view of the snow-capped mountains and feel the benefits of being out in the fresh air. In summer and winter, this valley is home to many animals. Along the way, take a good look around you! You may see hare tracks in the snow or perhaps even deer hiding between the trees. After passing the place called "La Neirive", you reach the highest point of your tour at 1,570 m. Take time to enjoy the surrounding peaks and walk ahead to see the RĂĽbli, the peak that dominates Rougemont, appear in your field of vision. The descent takes you through snowy pastures to your starting point.

RECOMMENDATIONS - Take suitable clothing for the winter temperatures. - It is possible to follow the packed walking route without snowshoes. - Suitable for families with older children. GETTING THERE - A free parking area is available at the entrance to the valley. This is accessible from the village of Rougemont. Follow the signs to "Vallée de La Manche". - Accessible by train via the MOB line (stop "Flendruz"). Add 1h30 of walking to the start of the trail. In case of lack of snow, the path is passable on foot
