Leysin Bike Park
From the foot of the Tour d'AĂŻ to the village of Leysin, 700m. of downhill biking awaits the riders. Tracks of varying difficulty, terrain development for more adrenaline, everything is set up for breathtaking runs.
Leysin has already made a name for itself in the world of mountain biking and offers the real deal for all enthusiastic riders. The natural makeup of Leysin’s mountain terrain means mountain biking can be tackled in all its forms : cross-country, descent, enduro and « dirt ». The downhill runs start at the foot of the Tour d'Aï, above the village of Leysin. Depending on their level, riders can choose several options allowing them to test out their current skills and to improve on new ones. There are steep bends and ramp jumps along the way to keep the adrenalin flowing and to enhance the fun side of this popular sport. To get to the start, nothing could be easier, the chairlift leaves from the centre of the village and reaches the Mayen refuge in a few minutes. Time is precious so the cablecar trip allows riders to concentrate all their efforts on stringing together a series of downhill runs at breakneck speed.
