Nathalie Chappuis and Alexandre Thuillard warmly welcome you to their establishment. They offer you uninterrupted cuisine from 11:30 am to 9:30 pm! The recipes are authentic and give pride of place to local products. On the menu: speciality of taquet on slate (beef) and taquet on Himalaya stone (salmon). You will also find different kinds of fondues, daily specials and a choice of planks. Most of the dishes are entirely prepared on the spot from raw and traditional products and according to the criteria of the "Fait Maison" label. The small, friendly room with a capacity of 12-15 people welcomes groups for meetings as well as for sharing a meal. A bar area offers a wide choice of beers, cocktails and smoothies. An open stage for amateur or professional musicians completes the establishment and guarantees a relaxed and casual atmosphere. On sunny days, enjoy the beautiful sunny terraces with a view of the Diablerets massif.
