The shop, Le Magasin de L’Etivaz, is situated next to the famous L’Etivaz AOP Cheese Cellars. The shop proposes guided tours of the cellars, a film (in a choice of three languages) and a sample of this delicious mountain cheese.

L’Etivaz cheese has been an AOP label cheese since the year 2000 and its’ fine taste is characterized by its’ production at between 1000 and 2000 meters in altitude. It reaches its’ maturity after aging for eight months and is also an excellent ‘old’ cheese served as rebibes, after having been aged for thirty eight months in total. Come and discover the secrets of this famous and delicious mountain cheese.
