The Leysin-Tête D'Aï chairlift, which departs from Leysin at 1300m, takes you in 10 minutes to the Aï plateau, at the foot of the eponymous summit which is emblematic of the destination. At the arrival point, situated at an altitude of 1900m, an exceptional panorama of the Ormonts valley with the Diablerets massif and the Prapio Glacier in the background is offered to you, as well as the start of numerous hiking, climbing and via ferrata routes. For a well-deserved break, the refreshment stands in the Village d'Aï (3 min walk) and Mayen (10 min) are there to refresh you after your effort.
