Canyoning

Description

Between zip lines, jumps and natural slides, the relief of the Pays d'Enhaut is a beautiful playground for canyoning.

Spectacular gorges, unique views, invigorating waters, the Pays d'Enhaut immerses you in canyons of unexplored natural beauty. In the Pays d'Enhaut you will find three fully equipped, high quality canyons listed in the Swiss canyoning list: the canyon de la Leyvra, the canyon des Tenasses in the heights of Château-d'Oex and the canyon from Ramaclé in the brook de la Rosette. These canyons are easily accessible, the approach steps are easy and parking spaces are nearby. However, experience and equipment are required. The canyons of the Tine on the Sarine and the Torneresse in the Pissot gorge offer magnificent courses with water movements, jumps and natural slides. They are not equipped and do not require a rope. They are accessible to all experienced people.

Practical Information

Ask about water flow and weather conditions. Equipment and experience required. The companies Rivières Aventures and Guide Concept offer professional supervision for these activities.
