Whether you want to build muscle, lose weight or work on your endurance, the 360 Fitness is equipped to help you achieve your goal.
The Fitness 360 in Villars is located next to the ice rink and the Bains de Villars. Several rooms are equipped with professional weight training equipment. Classes are held every day according to the schedule with compulsory reservations. - Body Sculpt: a mix between step and body pump - Spinning: indoor cycling - Body Attack : energizing fitness class - FAC : fitness class targeting buttocks - abs - arm (with or without small equipment) - CAF : fitness class targeting thighs - abs - buttocks - Aqua Circuit Training : aqua gym with different workshops - Aqua Bike : bike in the water - Aqua Gym : gym in the water - Yoga, pilates Registration for classes via the Technogym application. Practical Information
Sportswear and clean indoor shoes are required. SCHEDULE On Tuesdays and Thursdays between 7am and 9am, the fitness centre is only open to season ticket holders. LABEL Fitness 360 is Qualitop certified, a quality label for physical exercise and health promotion. This certification means that many health insurance companies will cover part of your fitness membership. REDUCED RATES - 10% discount applies for students, AVS, AI on presentation of proof. CARTE BIENVENUE AND CARTE FIDELITE - 20% discount all year round at Fitness 360.
