This magnificent mountain hut welcomes you in the Morteys valley at the base of the Vanil Noir. Spend a relaxing night in the middle of nature and wild animals!
During your hike, reach the hut from the Sciernes Picats valley. Two routes are available to you: - the Bimis valley by the Sori - Paray Dorena passing under the Dent des Bimis On arrival at Les Marindes in the Vanil Noir nature reserve, make yourself comfortable on the terrace of the hut. You may see some marmots running between the rocks or chamois enjoying the fresh mountain grass. The hut's owners offer delicious soups and hot or cold drinks to satisfy your appetite! But you can also use the kitchen to prepare a good local fondue. When night falls, slip into your sleeping bag in the dormitory. Get your strength back with a good night's sleep in the heart of nature. If you are a fan of high mountain trails, don't leave without climbing to the 2,389m summit of Vanil Noir. From there, a magnificent view of the Pays-d'Enhaut and the Gruyère region awaits you!
