Aquagym is a pool-based exercise session working out the whole body targeting cardio fitness and muscle strength.

An aerobics class in the pool! Water aerobics is a form of gymnastics practised in water, usually in a swimming pool. The pressure of the water avoids shocks and minimises the risk of muscle aches, strains or pulls. It gives a feeling of lightness. With no age limit, this discipline is for everyone, whether you are a swimmer or not. It is a sport that works different muscle groups, including the abdominals, buttocks, thighs, arms and shoulders. It is sometimes practiced to music, so there is a rhythm to the sessions!

Every Monday from 7.00 pm to 7.45 pm and Wednesdays from 10.15 am to 11.00 am (moderate intensity class), the Villars Sports Centre offers a water aerobics class with Trystan. Admission to the swimming pool is additional to the price of the session.
